During your consultation, your pulse will be taken to determine your Ayurvedic Mind-Body type and your predominant imbalances with specific recommenda-tions for improving health, vitality, and strengthening the immune system. Specific changes in diet and routine will be recommended. You will also be given breathing and simple yoga practices to help reduce stress and balance your physiology. Essential oils and herbs may also be recommended. Breathing and heart rate are monitored during simple exercises. Graphs and analysis show you how your mind body responds to stress. From this analysis, personal instructions will be given to help your body learn to handle stress in a more balanced way. Your consultation will contain a full array of assessments with many explanations and recommendations.
