Dhyana Haber is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist from the California College of Ayurveda.
She is a yoga instructor, who holds a diploma in Yoga Therapy and Naturopathy from the Sukadeva Ananda College in Hrishikesh, India.
She is also a Yoga Works trained and Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher. Dhyana was born and raised in Vrindavan, India, and has
been practicing and living a yogic and natural lifestyle since her childhood. Dhyana is also a clairvoyant reader and energy healer, and has
been trained in Odissi, a classical Indian dance form, since her childhood. Dhyana believes that we are by nature healthy and happy, and that this
state just needs to be reawakened by bringing our bodies back in rhythm with nature. This method of realignment is called Ayurveda: the science of natural and harmonious life.

Initial consultation
At the initial consultation, we assess an individual's history, constitution (mind/body/type), and the nature of the symptom and underlying imbalance(s). We then design a unique health plan for the individual to address these imbalances through herbs, diet and lifestyle counseling, yoga and other therapies as required. This session usually runs for two hours.
Follow up visits
We support you through the process of making the changes we recommend. At the follow-ups, we address any challenges that arise, incorporating any necessary changes to your plan, and provide creative solutions to achieving success in the journey to well being. This session usually runs for one hour.

Follow up : $75.00
